This week we’re highlighting two Administrative Assistant I positions in the Controller’s Office (Postings #6546 and #6575). Some of the job duties for these positions include assisting in the operational activities of the Cashier’s Office, including Delinquent Receivables, Delinquent Parking Tickets, Returned Checks/ACH, Cash Advances and payment card merchant support, including compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS); serving as backup to the office manager and assistant managers; providing backup to the Departmental Receivables function as necessary.
