“By working faithfully eight hours a day you may eventually get to be boss and work twelve hours a day.” ~Robert Frost
Day-in and day-out, on good days or bad days, we are not alone; our bosses are with us, helping us make work go as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Today we are celebrating our bosses and supervisors! October 16th is internationally recognized as Boss’ Day. Officially proclaimed as a holiday in 1962, the purpose of Boss’ Day is to have employees recognize all of the hard work their bosses do.
Not sure how to thank them? Maybe swing by their office and say “thanks,” give them a thumbs-up, or perhaps send them an e-card.  No matter how you do it, just make sure you share your appreciation with them!
Bosses and supervisors, thank you for your leadership, hard work and the inspiration you give!
