Formerly known as IM Sports, today we are thanking Recreational Sports and Fitness Services for providing their programs and services throughout the summer!

RecSports has three indoor facilities, one multi-purpose arena, 27 acres of outdoor space and shared campus facilities, all of which are available to anyone with a valid MSU Issued ID card. By purchasing a membership or paying a $3 fee per visit, students, faculty, and staff are welcome to use both IM Sports West and East Fitness Centers. Alumni can visit for $7 per day or purchase a membership as well.

Not only are fitness rooms available for use, but racquetball, tennis, and volleyball courts are also open for use.  All fitness centers have rentals for equipment and courts available. Group exercise classes for kickboxing, yoga, cycling, Zumba, and more are available at the same prices as well. IM Sports West, IM Sports Circle, and Jenison Pool have pool hours and a swim school is available in the summer.

If you’re interested in intramural sports, softball, sand volleyball, and soccer have leagues in the summer. Registration is closed for now, but fall registration begins in September for several other sports.
