Some of the job duties for this position include collecting, preparing, and analyzing a variety of financial reports; assisting departments with accounting procedures and concerns and maintaining the financial reporting system; preparing year-end accrual adjustments and year-end closing entries for the preparation of audited financial statements; reviewing and auditing departmental financial reports for accuracy and validity; preparing and analyzing data for completing surveys with other schools and institutions; and compiling, verifying and analyzing data in order to assist in the preparation, publication and review of audited financial statements and reports.
