This week we are highlighting a Kitchen Sanitation Worker (posting #3984) with the Residential and Hospitality Services. This position is located in the Gallery and the primary duties are to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, kitchen and serving equipment, and related work areas by utilizing and operating appropriate equipment; to sweep, mop and sanitize floors of kitchen and related work areas according to prescribed standards; and to empty waste baskets, trash cans, boxes and containers. This position may also assist in maintaining food inventories and food preparations.
