Employees need to have a supervisor identified in the system for the following items to process in the HR/Payroll system:
- Time approval in Manager Self-Service
- Reminders to conduct performance evaluations in Manager Self-Service and by email
- Approvals for training requests (HR-Payroll Inbox)
