Some of the job duties for this position include coordinating the activities of the Conferences Sales office, including coordinating and scheduling conferences, workshops, seminars or similar events held within Campus Living Services and Residence Life facilities; assigning and overseeing the conference coordination activities of staff; working with other RHS departments on cross-selling opportunities; and partnering with academic and service units to ensure that a quality experience is provided to conference guests. The position will be responsible for the marketing, operational, financial and personnel activities of the department.
