Deadlines, finances, children, traffic, computer systems…it seems it’s impossible to avoid stressful situations! The Breaking Free from Stress class taught by Lisa Laughman Davidson and Milly Gillin is a program that goes over how we each create stress in our lives and how we respond to that stress.
In the video below, Lisa Laughman Davidson introduces the class and talks about the inside-out vs. outside-in concepts of dealing with stress.
The Breaking Free from Stress class will be offered on from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on March 8 & 9, as well as from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on May 1, 8, 15 & 22. You can enroll using the EBS Portal. See all stress management courses at SpartansLearn.msu.edu.
